Dr. Jing Wang is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the patents and innovations group. Her practice focuses on strategic patent counseling, global patent portfolio development and management, and IP diligence on company-side and investor-side financings for life science companies. Jing regularly represents clients in the fields of genomics, proteomics, cancer immunology, gene therapy, nucleotide-based therapeutics, antibody-based therapeutics, cancer diagnostics, and nucleic acid and protein sequencing.
Prior to joining the firm, Jing completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry at Yale University, under James Rothman (2013 Nobel Laureate), where she studied cell biology, chemical biology, and nanotechnology.
