Jillian Sprong is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on employment and trade secret matters. Jillian represents clients in a wide variety of employment disputes, including those involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, misappropriation of trade secrets, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and other employment law matters. As part of her practice, she advises on day-to-day employment matters, including employee classification, hiring and termination practices, employment policies, workplace accommodations, and workplace investigations. Jillian also supports clients from an employment perspective in corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jillian was an associate at Venable LLP in New York. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson (ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
