Jessica Remlinger is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises clients across the climate and clean technology sectors, including solar, wind, energy storage, grid services, and other renewable energy technologies. She works with clients from early formation through growth and maturity, providing counsel on general corporate matters, venture capital and private equity financings, acquisitions and sales of project assets and special purpose vehicles, joint ventures, and debt transactions. Jessica’s clients range from emerging start-ups and growth-stage companies to established energy and infrastructure businesses, as well as investors active across the climate sector.
While attending law school, Jessica was a judicial extern for the Honorable William V. Gallo and the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She also served on the executive board of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and was an associate editor for the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law. Upon graduation, Jessica received USD School of Law’s pro bono service recognition.
