Jessica Ramsey is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the patent litigation group. She focuses on pharmaceutical patent matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as a law student in the University of San Francisco School of Law Internet and Intellectual Property Justice clinic where she assisted small-scale business owners with patent drafting and filing, trademark clearance and defense, and copyright research involving DMCA protection. While studying chemical engineering at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Jessica led the development and implementation of a full lab training program for new undergraduate members, including standard operating procedures and protocols for their regular update.
