Jennifer Scrafford is the chief accounting officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she oversees firmwide accounting, compliance, and strategic fiscal planning. Prior to assuming her current role, Jennifer spent nearly four years as the firm’s controller, strengthening internal controls, streamlining close processes, and enhancing financial transparency during a period of sustained growth. 

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jennifer served as controller at Perkins Coie LLP for over seven years, where she led comprehensive accounting operations, improved financial systems, and supported executive leadership with data-driven insights.

Jennifer is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Washington.
