Jayshawn Anderson is a law clerk in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Jayshawn advises both public and private companies, private equity funds, financial sponsors, and strategic investors on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers, carve-outs, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, stock purchases, asset acquisitions, tender offers, and other strategic corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jayshawn was an associate in the San Francisco office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
