Jared's transactional tax practice includes structuring complex clean energy deals to maximize the value of federal tax incentives, including investment and production tax credits. He has drafted and negotiated tax provisions included in partnership agreements, transfer agreements, credit facilities, and security documents. He also has experience advising stakeholders in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions involving businesses in a variety of industries on tax structuring and related considerations.
