Jacob Lozano is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's antitrust and competition practice. His work encompasses a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Jacob interned at the United States Department of Justice with the U.S. Trustee Program, where he gained experience with bankruptcy administration and government investigations into bankruptcy fraud. Jacob also participated in the Stanford Environmental Legal Clinic as both a full-time and advanced student, where he gained experience with federal and state environmental litigation and interfacing with regulatory agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency.
