Jack Hamilton (they/them) is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s mergers and acquisitions practice. They represent public and private companies in a wide variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, stock purchases, asset acquisitions, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Jack counsels both private and publicly held companies on general corporate governance and disclosure matters.
Jack serves on the firm’s Member Nominating Committee and is active in multiple of the firm’s affinity groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

The combination of Chronosphere and Palo Alto Networks’ AgentiX platform will deliver real-time, agentic remediation for the world’s leading AI-native companies and strengthen Palo Alto Networks' ability to help organizations navigate a world where modern applications and AI workloads demand a unified data and security foundation. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in Palo Alto Networks’ second half of fiscal year 2026.
