J. Raef Rothschild is an associate in the Century City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's internet strategy and litigation group.

Raef focuses his practice on internet, data privacy, and intellectual property litigation and counseling for companies in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors. He has worked on matters in state and federal court involving wiretapping laws, video privacy laws, children’s privacy laws, and copyright infringement. He has experience with web pixels, trap and trace devices, UI/UX design, and source code.

During law school, Raef served as a judicial intern for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
