Ivan Humphreys retired as a tax partner from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in August 2017. During his tenure, Ivan represented clients in connection with a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, restructurings, financings, and the formation of partnerships and limited liability companies.

Ivan was a lecturer at Golden Gate University's Graduate Tax School, Stanford Law School, and the San Jose State Graduate Tax Program. He also previously served as a member of the firm's Policy Committee.
