Ian Longacre is senior counsel in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on the representation of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and AgTech companies in complex collaboration and partnering transactions. In addition, he helps companies with a broad range of other transactions, including technology and asset acquisition, license, discovery, research, development, manufacture and supply, promotion, marketing, distribution, and services agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Ian was an IP transactions attorney in the Boston offices of two other Am Law 100 firms. Ian also has in-house experience, including as general counsel to a cell and gene therapy CDMO.
