Helen Qi is a corporate and securities associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She works with private and public companies on general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, and private and public offerings.
Prior to attending law school, Helen helped manage technology start-ups both in the San Francisco Bay Area and in China. Helen began her career in 2005 as an analyst, where she worked with hedge funds at the Blackstone Group in New York.
In addition to English, Helen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
