Heather Lambert is an associate in the Delaware office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses her practice on corporate restructuring. Her experience includes representing corporate debtors, creditors, lenders, independent fiduciaries, and special committees in complex chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, financial workouts, dissolutions, wind-downs, and cross-border insolvency proceedings. She has experience appearing before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, counseling clients in all stages of in-court restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather practiced in the corporate restructuring groups of two prominent law firms in Wilmington, Delaware, where she advised a wide range of clients in a variety of stages of bankruptcy and other restructuring proceedings. Heather gained insightful experience and sharpened her analytical skills when she clerked for the Honorable Judge Karen B. Owens in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
