Hayden Smith is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counsels public and private technology and life sciences companies at all stages of growth. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate and transactional matters.
During law school, Hayden worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Prior to law school, Hayden worked as a management consultant in the biotechnology and life sciences sector.
