Hayden Stephens is an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital practice in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s San Francisco office. He provides guidance to innovative technology, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence companies at all stages of growth, from initial formation and equity financing transactions to strategic planning for IPOs and other liquidity events.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Hayden served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa G. Beckerman at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, where he assisted with corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy proceedings. He also gained valuable experience as a project assistant at King & Spalding LLP, supporting medical device litigation teams.
