Hakyung Lee is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm's employee benefits and compensation practice. Hakyung advises a diverse client base spanning early-stage start-ups, growth-stage companies, and public companies across a range of industries.

Hakyung advises on the UK employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions and business reorganizations, including the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE). She also advises clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters, including employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, redundancy processes, employee retention, employment disputes, senior executive terminations, harmonization of terms and conditions of employment, and data protection issues relating to UK-based employees.

Prior to joining the firm, Hakyung completed her training contract at Goodwin Procter (UK) LLP in London, where she gained experience across employment, private equity, technology and life sciences corporate, and commercial/IP/data protection matters.
