Fred Bullen is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advises on a broad range of corporate matters.

Fred’s practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory work. He represents high-growth companies, founders, investors, and financial institutions in strategic transactions and financings, both in the UK and internationally. His work predominantly involves advising innovative businesses in the technology and life sciences sectors at all stages of development, from formation and early fundraising rounds through to later-stage investments and liquidity events.

Prior to joining the firm, Fred worked as an associate in the corporate department of A&O Shearman, spending time in both London and Hong Kong.
