Frank began his career as a patent litigator at an international law firm. Then, he also counseled various life sciences and technology companies on intellectual property matters in strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing and collaboration agreements. Prior to attending law school, Frank was a researcher at a biotech company, working on various genetic engineering and cloning projects.
