Prior to joining the firm, Evie practiced in the bankruptcy and restructuring group at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, where she counseled financially distressed clients across an array of industries and in a variety of stages of bankruptcy proceedings. She gained further experience when she clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Gunn in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.

Evie is admitted in Delaware. She is not admitted in the District of Columbia, and her practice is limited to matters before U.S. courts.
