Estefano has represented companies in financings led by investors including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, NVIDIA, and Sequoia Capital. He also advises on secondary sales and other liquidity transactions.
Prior to law school, Estefano founded and led a cleantech start-up in the solar energy sector and later helped develop an accelerator program for start-ups at Millikin University, experience that shapes how he advises founders.
