Erin Wolter is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is part of the firm's corporate practice. Erin represents life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle, including with respect to matters of formation, venture capital financings, and corporate governance.

During law school, Erin worked as a research assistant for Professor Kevin Outterson and was a summer associate in Wilson Sonsini’s Boston office. Prior to law school, Erin worked at a digital health start-up company.
