Erin McGuinness is a law clerk in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the technology transactions group.
During law school, Erin was a research assistant at the UC Law SF Center for Innovation (C4i) and a legal intern at Stitch Fix. She also served as a student associate at the UC Law SF Startup Legal Garage, where she provided legal services to early-stage start-ups under attorney supervision. In 2024, Erin completed a summer program in Licensing Transactions in Intellectual Property at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. She is a licensed CPA who, before law school, worked as an auditor at Moss Adams, with a focus in technology, and as a corporate accountant at Zillow.
Erin is not admitted in any jurisdiction and therefore not yet authorized to practice law.
