Her practice includes advising clients on pre-litigation employment law matters, such as employee classification, hiring practices, employment policies, severance, wage and hour laws, and numerous other issues arising under federal, state, and local employment laws. Erin also represents clients in employment and trade secret litigation matters and corporate transactions.
In addition to English, Erin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Prior to law school Erin worked as a Research Assistant with UN Women in Beijing, China. Prior to joining the firm, Erin externed for the Honorable Judge David Barlow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and for the Utah State Bar Access to Justice Commission.
