Eric’s practice focuses on the intersection of intellectual property law and innovative technologies, including generative artificial intelligence. He has litigated on behalf of and advised clients facing copyright, DMCA, trademark, and First Amendment issues relating to technology and the internet.
Eric previously served as a judicial extern for Judge Nathanael M. Cousins of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Eric was an associate at Morrison Foerster, where he focused on copyright litigation and artificial intelligence. Before law school, he worked as a professional guitarist.
