Elizabeth Sharkey is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation involving consumer class actions, content moderation, and privacy.

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was an associate at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., where her practice focused on food, drug, and medical device regulatory advising. Elizabeth previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Jill N. Parrish of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
