Edward Percarpio is an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the internet strategy and litigation group. He represents internet and media companies in complex, high-stakes litigation concerning online content moderation, copyright, Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, and the First Amendment. 

Prior to joining the firm, Edward was a trial attorney with the Department of Justice, where he investigated and prosecuted violations of federal cybercrime and criminal copyright statutes. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Kirsch in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
