Darwin Peng is a litigation associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on complex litigation. Darwin's diverse practice includes representing companies and directors in complex commercial disputes and data privacy litigation, handling matters from the inception of an action through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining the firm, Darwin was an associate at a Hawaii-based law firm and served as a law clerk on the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals for the Honorable Clyde J. Wadsworth. During law school, he completed a legal externship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
