Darby Tingle is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on representing emerging companies throughout their lifecycle. She advises founders and management teams on day-to-day corporate governance, equity compensation, and commercial matters, and supports private companies of all sizes in raising venture capital.

Darby has a background in debt finance, having previously represented public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and lenders in complex financing transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, sponsor-backed deals, and liability management transactions. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, and energy.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Darby was an associate in the Debt Finance group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and an associate in the Banking and Credit group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
