Danica You is Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Danica and the firm’s DEI team are responsible for the development and implementation of programs and policies that promote Wilson Sonsini’s DEI-related goals and the specific goals of the firm’s DEI committee. Danica works closely with the DEI committee, firm leadership, employee affinity groups, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote DEI across the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Danica was the Chief Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer in New York City government and earlier was an attorney who specialized in global regulatory enforcement and commercial litigation.
