Dani Nazemian is senior counsel in the employee benefits and compensation practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on the representation of private and public companies with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Dani assists in establishing and maintaining equity-based compensation programs; consults on employment, retention, severance, and change in control arrangements; and advises on the treatment of compensation and benefits arrangements in transactions. She also advises clients on compensation disclosure matters, including in connection with initial public offerings and proxy and other periodic reporting obligations.
