Colleen McCullough is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on patent litigation, trademark litigation, and other complex litigation matters. She has litigated cases involving a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceutical products, image capture software, and off-shore wind turbines. She has also represented clients in litigation involving trademarks for well-known brands for wrist watches and car models.
Colleen has significant courtroom experience. She has twice served as second-chair trial counsel, including in a case in which her team secured a complete jury verdict of no trademark infringement, avoiding a claim of $130 million in damages.
Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Colleen was counsel in the Boston office of WilmerHale, LLP.
Following law school, Colleen clerked for the Honorable Thomas O’Neill of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
