Colin Bosch is an associate in the technology transactions practice in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on representing clients in the life sciences, biotech, and medical device industries in various intellectual property and commercial transactions. Colin has also represented life sciences, medical device, and other high-tech companies in complex intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of royalty agreement litigations.
During law school, Colin served as a judicial extern for the Patent Pilot Program in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, which dealt exclusively with patent-related lawsuits.
