Claudia Chan is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she specializes in advising businesses on data privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations.

Claudia advises a broad range of clients on all aspects of data protection including general GDPR compliance, cybersecurity breaches, e-privacy laws, emerging data regulations involving artificial intelligence and online safety, transactions, and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining, Claudia was an associate in the data privacy team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London. She was also an associate in the London office of Clyde & Co LLP.
