Carole Rosenberg is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on corporate and securities work for both public and private companies across all stages of growth. Carole’s broad capital markets experience includes representing issuers, investment banks and sponsors in connection with initial public, follow-on, and secondary equity offerings; investment grade and high-yield debt offerings; tender offers; rights offerings; and redemptions.

She also counsels publicly traded companies on general corporate matters, SEC compliance, disclosure matters, exchange listing standards, and complex securities law issues.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Carole practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York.
