Caitlin McKelvie is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on securities litigation and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin was an associate at another Salt Lake City law firm, where her practice focused on employment litigation, employee mobility and post-employment restrictive covenants, and commercial litigation. Previously, Caitlin served as a law clerk to Judge Carolyn B. McHugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to Justice Constandinos G. Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court.
