Caitlin Parandjuk is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on antitrust and competition law.

During law school, Caitlin served as a fellow with the Antitrust Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General's Office in Chicago. She also externed with the Antitrust Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General and served as a student attorney in Michigan Law's Human Trafficking and Immigration Clinic, where she represented survivors of human trafficking.

Prior to attending law school, Caitlin worked as a courtroom clerk for the Broward County Clerk of Courts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

On October 6, 2025, Governor Gavin Newsom expanded the scope of California’s antitrust laws by signing Assembly Bill 325, an amendment to the Cartwright Act, California’s primary antitrust statute. AB 325 prevents the use of algorithms to coordinate pricing among competitors, creates liability for efforts to coerce compliance with pricing tool recommendations, and clarifies the bar for plaintiffs pleading conspiracies under the Cartwright Act. The original author of AB 325, Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, stated that the purpose of the bill is to “stop big corporations from using digital tools to collude and drive up costs for our working families and small businesses.”¹
