Bryan Shpall is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the energy and climate solutions practice. Bryan regularly counsels clients on energy regulatory matters and advocates for their interests before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other federal agencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryan worked in the Office of the General Counsel at FERC, where he helped develop the organization’s landmark transmission planning rule. While at FERC, he also advised on matters involving organized wholesale electricity markets and transmission-related issues.
Before joining FERC, Bryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott M. Matheson, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He began his legal career as an associate at Gibson Dunn.
