Brian Wohlhieter is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. His work focuses on corporate and securities transactions within the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. Brian has experience representing private companies and venture capital firms in transactions ranging from early-stage to growth-stage investments, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and other significant transactions. In addition, he has counseled private companies on a range of general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked at Gunderson Dettmer as a corporate associate. Before becoming a lawyer, Brian served as a mechanical engineer in the defense and transportation industries.
