Brian Ginsberg is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's corporate practice. His work focuses on corporate and securities transactions for emerging growth companies. Brian began his career at Wilson Sonsini before joining a food service packaging supplier as CEO and rejoining the firm in 2026.

During law school, Brian worked for Harvard's Transactional Law Clinics, where he helped advise entrepreneurs and early-stage companies on matters related to formation, compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to law school, Brian was a member of the Brown University Division 1 baseball team and taught English as a second language.
