Brian Ginsberg is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's corporate practice. His work focuses on corporate and securities transactions for emerging growth companies.

During law school, Brian worked for Harvard's Transactional Law Clinics, where he helped advise entrepreneurs and early-stage companies on matters related to formation, compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to law school, Brian was a member of the Brown University Division 1 baseball team and taught English as a second language.
