Brett Condie is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Brett’s practice focuses on employee benefits and compensation law for private and public companies, with an emphasis on start-up, emerging growth, and venture-backed companies. Brett advises clients on a wide range of compensation and benefits matters, including the design, drafting, and administration of equity compensation programs and the associated tax and securities law considerations. He also advises clients on executive compensation programs such as employment, bonus, severance, change in control, and retention agreements. 

Also active in the firm’s transactional practice, Brett has played a key role in many corporate mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers on the compensation-related aspects of these transactions.
