Breana Jordan is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Her work encompasses a variety of antitrust matters, including government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Breana has experience working on business-to-business litigations, merger litigations, and class actions.

Breana has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including technology, artificial intelligence, advertising, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Breana worked as a judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of New York.
