Betty Yu is a law clerk in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she works with companies at all stages of development on a variety of transactions, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.

During law school, Betty was a member of the University of Washington School of Law's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she assisted clients with early-stage corporate and trademark matters. Prior to attending law school, Betty worked as a vendor manager for Amazon and a category manager for Chewy.

Betty is not yet admitted in any jurisdiction and therefore not yet authorized to practice law.
