Ben Margo is an associate in Wilson Sonsini’s internet litigation and strategy group. He counsels companies on the wide range of complex issues facing digital media and internet companies, and regularly litigates disputes involving copyright and trademark infringement, cybersecurity, defamation, products liability, unfair trade practices, and the First Amendment.
Before joining the firm, Ben was an associate at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC, where his practice focused on complex federal litigation. He previously served as an analyst for the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Ben was a law clerk to the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
