Ben Margo is senior counsel in the firm’s internet litigation and strategy group. He advises clients and litigates individual and class-based disputes involving content moderation, copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, online privacy, products liability, and unfair competition.
Before joining the firm, Ben was an associate at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC, where his practice focused on complex federal litigation. He previously served as an analyst for the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Ben was a law clerk to the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
