Ben Ho is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on advising private companies, venture capital firms, and institutional investors on a broad range of transactions, including early-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, token launches, and day-to-day corporate governance matters. Ben earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2023, where he served as co-president of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP) and as the founder and host of the HLEP Podcast, a resource he launched to help introduce law students and startup founders to legal issues in the emerging companies and venture capital space.
Ben earned his B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College and was a visiting student at the University of Oxford.
