While in law school, Arjun was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and the Cyberlaw Clinic, through which he helped advise local entrepreneurs and small businesses on regulatory compliance and securities-related matters. He also served as a teaching assistant for the law school’s Programming for Lawyers course.

Prior to law school, Arjun worked as an engineer at Texas Instruments and subsequently as a patent agent at Baker McKenzie in the firm’s Dallas office.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Zscaler on $1.725 Billion Convertible Senior Notes Offering
On July 3, 2025, Zscaler, Inc. issued $1.725 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2028. The offering amount included the exercise in full of the option that Zscaler had granted to the initial purchasers to purchase up to an additional $225 million of notes. In connection with the offering, Zscaler entered into privately negotiated capped call transactions with one or more of the initial purchasers and/or their respective affiliates and/or other financial institutions.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Box on $460 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
On September 20, 2024, Box, Inc., a leading intelligent content cloud, completed an offering of $460 million aggregate principal amount of 1.5% convertible senior notes due 2029 in a private placement. The offering amount included the exercise in full of the option that Box had granted to the initial purchasers to purchase up to an additional $60 million of notes. In connection with the offering, Box entered into privately negotiated capped call transactions with certain of the initial purchasers or their respective affiliates and other financial institutions. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Box on the transaction.
