Anjali has significant transactional tax experience, having catered to several clients in India for seven years. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai, where she regularly advised domestic and international clients on tax aspects involved in acquisitions, bond issues, investment fund formation, infrastructure projects, and general structuring of transactions. She has assisted clients in the core manufacturing, life sciences, software technology, e-commerce, and financial services sectors.
