Andrii Onysko is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law for companies at all stages of growth.

While in law school, Andrii interned at the office of general counsel of Airbnb assisting with various securities and tax matters. Andrii also worked at the University of Oregon Business Law Clinic where he helped with early company formation and intellectual property consulting.

Prior to law school, Andrii was a paralegal at Halloran Farkas + Kittila where he provided support on an array of matters including incorporation,  early-stage start-up financing, SEC compliance,  and equity database management.

In addition to English, Andrii speaks fluent Ukrainian.
