Andrew Bottomley is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a member of the firm’s emerging companies and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions practices.

Andrew advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. He represents high-growth companies, founders, investors, and financial institutions in the UK and internationally. His practice covers the full corporate life cycle, from company formation and early-stage financings through to growth-stage transactions, acquisitions, and exits.

Before joining the firm, Andrew was an associate in the corporate insurance department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in London, where he advised on a range of transactional matters. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, he spent several years working with leading consumer brands, supporting their international expansion across Europe and Asia.
