Allison Blixt is the chief professional development, engagement, and inclusion officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she leads the strategy and development of both the professional development (PD) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. These efforts encompass associate academies, well-being and engagement programs, employee affinity groups, staff development, partner training, and legal education, among other programs. Her team collaborates extensively with other teams across the firm to foster an inclusive and supportive culture. She has extensive experience in organizational learning and DEI strategy, focusing on initiatives and development opportunities for individuals and teams aligned with firms’ strategic objectives and values. Allison designs, delivers and facilitates on multiple professional skills topics including inclusive leadership, personal presence and impact, and management styles.

Prior to joining the firm, Allison worked in PD and DEI at big law firms in London and was a corporate lawyer in London and New York.
